Sign up for Support

Did you know that as a Carer you can access grants, bursaries, Carer breaks, free counselling and more. It’s easy to sign up for support and if you prefer not to speak to someone, then you can now sign up for information only and we will still send you a free Carers Discount Card.

To sign up for support:

• The person must be an adult Carer over the age of 18 years and living in County Durham or Darlington or caring for someone who lives in County Durham or Darlington.
• The person must provide unpaid support for a family member, partner, friend, or neighbour who could not manage without their assistance, due to an illness, disability, substance misuse or mental health.
