We’re looking for committed volunteers to train with us to support Carers and families by helping them complete Disability Living Allowance (DLA) and Attendance Allowance (AA) forms.

What You’ll Be Trained to Do

As a volunteer, you’ll receive full training to help with:

  • Disability Living Allowance (DLA) forms
    Supporting families of children with additional needs and their Carers

  • Attendance Allowance (AA) forms
    Supporting adults of retirement age and their Carers with care needs

No previous benefits experience is required – just empathy, reliability, and a willingness to learn.
