This Carers Week, we’re excited to be teaming up with Wellbeing for Life on board the NHS Melissa Bus and we’d love for you to pop by and say hello!

The Melissa Bus is a mobile health and wellbeing hub, bringing services right into the heart of our communities. It’s a fantastic opportunity for carers to access support in a relaxed, welcoming environment, no appointments needed.

We’ll be at two venues throughout the week offering information, advice and a listening ear. Whether you’re looking for help with benefits and grants, want to find out more about our free counselling service, or just need a chat with someone who understands, we’re here for you.

You’ll also be able to:

• Speak to wellbeing advisors from Wellbeing for Life & get a free mini health check

• Get tips on managing stress and looking after your mental health

• Learn more about local services and support available to carers

You do so much for others, this week is about making sure you feel supported, too!
