Making Sense of Caring helps you understand what help and support is available for all Carers who care for an adult in County Durham. It helps you find your way through the maze of services that make up the Health and Social Care system. Lunch will be provided on the face to face sessions so it is essential you book your place. This is a popular awareness session so places are limited.
