PARENT CARER TEAM
We urgently need temporary or long term Volunteers to join our Parent Carer Team to assist parent carers with completing DLA forms for children with disabilities. The role requires around 2-3 hours at a time in order to complete the form. This is currently being done over the telephone, it includes a DBS check and full training and support. This can make a HUGE difference to the family of a young person with a disability and offers a very enriching volunteering role.
