Yoga helps to strengthen your body, improve your balance and increase your flexibility. Reconnect with your breath and find a CALM space in your busy world! Yoga has a multitude of benefits, on and off the mat. Making the time to reconnect with your breath and find a calm space will lead to a multitude of other benefits OFF the mat for example better sleep, less stress/anxiety. Each course runs for 6 weeks.
