We have an exciting opportunity for a full-time (35 hours) Information Worker to join our team.
Salary – £22,050 per annum
The post holder will work closely with a small team of Administrative Support staff who act as first point of contact for all enquiries at Durham County Carers Support.
The tasks are varied and include signposting incoming calls to the relevant staff member / team, registering new Carers to the Organisation using the Charitylog database and adminstering our Carer Breaks fund. The role also involves dealing with enquires via our admin email, TAWK (webchat) and facebook and you will need a friendly and helpful manner to be able to repsond to these appropriately. The team also provide reception cover welcoming visitors in to the Office. Excellent IT skills are required with a desire to accurately record information and data. You will be supporting the wider team of staff at Durham County Carers Support in order to provide Carers in our Community with the support they need.
