We know how important it is to take time for yourself, connect with others who understand, and simply step away from the daily routine. That’s why we’re offering a gentle Carer Wellbeing Walk, open to all Carers — and if the person you care for is able to come along, they’re welcome too. It’s a great chance to:\n✅ Meet other Carers in a relaxed setting\n✅ Enjoy some fresh air and gentle exercise\n✅ Chat with staff from local support services\n✅ Take time for you After the walk, we’ll gather at Peterlee Leisure Centre for refreshments, a friendly chat, and a free goody bag to take home.\n🗓 Monday 16th June\n📍 Meet at Peterlee Leisure Centre\n⏰ Walk starts at 10:00am\nWhether you’re new to caring or have been doing it for years, this is your chance to step outside, breathe, and enjoy some well-deserved time for yourself — while connecting with others who truly understand the caring role. \nComplete this form to book you place\n\nRefreshments and a goody bag will be waiting for you at the end of the walk.
